Before the trip: analysis and planning

Day 1: arrival
Our VIP transfer picks you up at the airport and takes you to the hotel. In the evening your coordinator calls to go through the next day with you – in German, Turkish or English.
Day 2: analysis and procedure
In the morning you are taken to the clinic. First comes a trichoscopy to analyse hair and scalp, plus a blood test and an ECG. Then the head surgeon draws your individual hairline and discusses it with you.
After that the grafts are extracted and placed. The procedure is performed with sedation (“Sleep Deep”) so that you experience it calmly. Depending on method and scope it takes about six to nine hours, with breaks. Afterwards you receive a PRP treatment.
Day 3: check-up, first hair wash and departure
The head surgeon personally checks the donor and recipient areas and carries out the first hair wash himself. Then you have your final consultation and receive all medication and care products with clear instructions. From the afternoon you can travel home.
After you return
- First week: daily hair wash as instructed; small scabs fall off after about ten days.
- Back at the office usually after seven to ten days (Long DHI often sooner).
- Light exercise after about two weeks; weight training, swimming and sauna after about four weeks.
- Aftercare via photo and video after one, three, six and twelve months – and any time in between.
How much time off do you need?
Arriving on Friday, procedure on Saturday and flying back on Sunday, many need only one day off. Afterwards plan for about a week in which you work from home or take it easy on your scalp.
