Thin, patchy brows or brows lost to years of plucking can be filled permanently with your own hair roots. Our head surgeon draws the shape with you first; then every hair is placed individually at a flat, natural angle.
Eyebrows shape facial expression more than almost any other detail. That is why the treatment day starts with drawing: the start, highest point and tail of each brow are marked with a skin marker and adapted to the proportions of your face. You see the result in the mirror and decide together before a single hair is placed.
The grafts – mostly single hairs – come from the nape, where hair is fine and close to eyebrow hair. They are placed flat to the skin with a very fine implanter and follow the natural direction: slightly upward at the start of the brow, sideways towards the tail.
Healing and care
The small scabs come off after about a week; make-up around the brows is fine again after that. As on the scalp, transplanted hairs shed first and grow back permanently from month three. Because they come from the nape, they grow a little longer than brow hair and are trimmed now and then.
Your stay
Day 1
Arrival
Airport pick-up and drive to the hotel. In the evening your coordinator calls to go through the next day.
Day 2
Analysis and procedure
First comes a trichoscopy to analyse your hair and scalp, plus a blood test and an ECG. Then your individual hairline is drawn.
This is followed by the extraction and implantation of the hair follicles. The procedure is carried out under sedation (“Sleep Deep”). Afterwards you receive a PRP treatment.
Day 3
Check-up, first hair wash and departure
The head surgeon personally checks your donor and recipient areas and carries out the first hair wash himself. This is also included in the package.
You then have your final consultation and receive all the medication and care products you need, with a detailed explanation of how to use them and of your aftercare.
From the afternoon, after the final check-up, you can travel home.

Questions about this treatment
Does a transplanted eyebrow look natural?
Yes, when shape, density and angle are right. Every hair is placed individually, flat and in the natural growth direction – which is why planning the shape is the most important step.
Do I need to trim the new brows?
Now and then, yes. The hairs come from the nape and keep some of their growth; a quick trim every few weeks is enough, and they often adapt over time.
Is the treatment suitable for men too?
Yes. For men it is usually about gaps or scars, for women more often about brows that stopped growing back after plucking.
