Three days in Istanbul

This is what a typical stay for a hair transplant looks like. The only thing you organise is your flight – and we help with that too.

    Day 1

    Arrival

    Airport pick-up and drive to the hotel. In the evening your coordinator calls to go through the next day.

  2. Our head surgeon works on the patient’s hairline with magnifying loupes
    Day 2

    Analysis and procedure

    First comes a trichoscopy to analyse your hair and scalp, plus a blood test and an ECG. Then your individual hairline is drawn.

    This is followed by the extraction and implantation of the hair follicles. The procedure is carried out under sedation (“Sleep Deep”). Afterwards you receive a PRP treatment.

  3. Follow-up conversation with our head surgeon at the clinic
    Day 3

    Check-up, first hair wash and departure

    The head surgeon personally checks your donor and recipient areas and carries out the first hair wash himself. This is also included in the package.

    You then have your final consultation and receive all the medication and care products you need, with a detailed explanation of how to use them and of your aftercare.

    From the afternoon, after the final check-up, you can travel home.

Hotel

You stay for two nights in a selected upper-mid-range hotel close to the clinic, with breakfast. A double room costs nothing extra if you bring a companion.

We can extend the stay on request. Many patients add two days to see Istanbul – just no hammam, sauna or direct sun in the first two weeks.

Transfers

A driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with your name. All journeys between airport, hotel and clinic are included, even if your flight is delayed.

Aftercare

We stay with you via WhatsApp after your hair transplant too. So that we can follow your healing and the development of your hair, we ask you for current photos after 15 days and after 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. If you have any questions, our support team is available on WhatsApp.

How the hair grows back

Transplanted hair does not grow straight away. Almost every patient goes through these phases.

    30 days The transplanted shafts shed; the roots stay.
